Having been inundated with questions as to the reasoning behind our hiring program and why we are causing a particular stir in the marketplace
Given the multitude of external new business agencies plying their wares it seemed appropriate to respond to a number of requests to clarify why our approach is different.
The difference lies in the detail. New business activity is, and has always been, not just who you know but also what you know. Given that there are a multitude of channels via online streams that can offer significant value to an initial call to a prospect, there lies the difference.
By monitoring what we class as the “chatter” we go to prospects on behalf of our clients armed with a far stronger approach than is normally the case associated with the cold call.
Having developed a succinct approach to monitoring we are able to feed a succinct and targeted list of prospects into what we call our engine which enables us to construct an extremely powerful engagement program that highlights why a prospect should at least give cause for consideration of our clients offering.
Powerful, information led and with the ability to add value from those first words on a call or via a viral communication.
This is the future of new business to any given audience and enhances what we believe to be a far more niche service – one that appears to also be capturing our own audience’s imagination.
That’s us a in a few words – there’s obviously a fair more to the process but we hope this gives you further food for thought either as an agency looking for a more niche approach to supplementing their new business activity or, from the hiring perspective, as an individual looking for that next step in supporting us with our endeavours.
